WTF do teenage girls shipping Bella with either the warewolf or the sparkling vampire have anything to do with the subject at hand. Any sports tam reference would have been better since their supporters don't want their team/player sent home/gone from the tournament, similar to people not wanting TPG banned.

I already addressed two reasons why muting isn't good enough for Ed. You also have Skype to retreat to where neither of them chat (along with Ed, ehehehe). 

I'll take this as another "Don't ban him" vote until further notice. It's nice to see that the others can tolerate something they view as annoying, even if Ed can't.

It's a simple yes-or-no question. As much as he complains about them, Edvard has never actively refused to engage with puppets solely on the grounds of being a puppet. He's even engaged with puppets since I asked the question. He is very specifically refusing to answer this question.

That is pretty simple....IMO....a wounded animal will bite if you are not familiar to it, it's not human...a wounded child will cry...and you as a child experienced physical pain at some point , even if you have forgotten...to remind yourself is quite elementary...ram your head into a wall...tell us how it feels.  Most people have working memories, like a computer for what it's worth....you can draw on that to understand a situation. Children and animals lack understanding and cognitive capacity of an adult. An adult human, is expected to behave as an adult. They are responsible for their choices, actions and the consequences of them. An adult that whines over the outcome of their choice...lol...I have no time for that.

Sure, adults are more experienced and mature than children or animals, and they probably cope better in general. I do think people exaggerate that difference though. I broke my leg when I was a kid, and it hurt, but, if it happened to me again, I'm fairly sure I'd suffer just as much today as I did back then.

I also don't consider there to be a clear, definitive line where a person starts to be responsible for their own choices and actions. That to me is something that slowly grows with maturity, and then my view of them should reflect that. This is true for both children and adults: neither of them are naturally completely incapable respectively capable to take responsibility for their actions.

I suppose, for example, this is why I can sympathize with immigrants that behave badly and you do not.

You cannot shift your perspective...or you are being deliberate about it. 

'Stigmatization" exists for the same reason pedophiles are killed in prison. 

Then explain it to me? Pedophiles are killed in prison because of stigmatization (or whatever you want to call it). I don't think pedophilia has to be considered the lowest of the low but there's certainly a biological push towards it. Having more empathy towards children than adults is natural, and that is true even for criminals.
