Why? You'd have been taken more seriously if you'd admitted to the error right then and there.
I said pride.
This isn't "then and there", this is "in hindsight and elsewhere".
I'm pretty sure more than that has been said.
Like what?
...are you seriously denying the former attacks you've done in chat?
I also apologized about that afterwards.
That doesn't really change that it was said, it simply diffuses the impact of it until the next time it's relevant.
Do you not see a difference from someone who does it and doesn't apologize? As in, most people here who pick on abusive childhoods?
I see a difference between someone who does that and doesn't give a fuck and someone who does that and tries to play it off like they're better than that.
Why bother?
Why do you bother to make statements that lack credibility then?
You can't seriously be this Alzheimery at your age.
Well... I guess it can happen to younger people, either as a rare case or a result of inbreeding, but that's likely rarer than young age lung cancer.
It's not impossible, and again, second hand smoke's a thing.
Lung cancer at 23 is rare as fuck dude. The circumstances and purpose of the story were very telling too. If you find TS's story believable, remind me never to ask you if smth is bullshit or not.
To repeat myself, I was talking about lung cancer, not TS.
Lung cancer mainly occurs in older people. About 2 out of 3 people diagnosed with lung cancer are 65 or older, while less than 2% are younger than 45. The average age at the time of diagnosis is about 70.
At first glance, lung cancer in young people may seem uncommon. But considering that lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer deaths in men and women in the United States, even a small percentage can translate to many people with the disease. It’s estimated that 224,210 people will be diagnosed with lung cancer in 2014 and 159,260 will die. Of these people, 1.2 to 6.2% are under the age of 40, and 13.4% are under the age of 50. A quick calculation reveals that roughly 30,000 people under the age of 50 will be diagnosed with lung cancer in 2014 and slightly over 21,000 young adults will die from the disease.
Secondhand smoke contains thousands of chemicals, a number of which are known to cause cancer. Even brief exposure to secondhand smoke can cause a number of health problems in both adults and children, including lung cancer, asthma, heart disease, colds, ear infections, and pneumonia. Avoiding secondhand smoke completely is the best prevention strategy; opening windows, using a fan, or turning on an air conditioner do not eliminate the risks associated with secondhand smoke.
Does this sound like blanc was just taking a piss the other day?
Actually, yeah, potentially.
So...are you saying she didn't care about people questioning her abuse? Or lying about the abuse itself? Or what
Mostly saying as a disconnected point that there isn't much there that shows that she's actually affected.
What does this have to do with what I said? Is this you saying "I don't do that!" in a way that doesn't seem as weak and self-directed?
Yes. I was being as vague as you are with the accusations, but you expect me to explain myself. Burden of truth is on you.
The "I'm doing what you're doing" argument followed by calling upon "The Burden of Truth".
This stuff's old news, and you've shown that parroting will be a waste of time.
I keep pushing because you keep denying it. I figure if I do it enough, maybe you'll start to see it.
If you wanted me to see it, you'd point out concrete examples, at the moment they happen. They also have to be overwhelming in number, surpassing everyone's normal bias here to warrant such obsessive repetition from your part
No wonder you're stuck as you are.
...they're only "buttons" because they affect you, because they apply to you. If they didn't they'd be easier for you to dismiss.
A meaningless theory. It is a normal reaction of anyone who gets accused of crap they disagree with. Are you saying Xena keeps defending herself from being called a pedophile because she is a pedophile?
I'm meaning you, not people. Xena'd defend herself from even the most insane accusations made because she can't help herself, while you wouldn't from having actual lines drawn.
You've lumped before then too, during the infamous and easy to reference Kiwi drama.
Seriously, take each person as a separate entity and you'll be taken more seriously. It's not all conspiratorial pairings and cliques, and you'll serve to weaken them by dividing them as opposed to lumping them together.
The clique was just an observation. One you failed to make. When I reply to people I usually quote their exact words.
It's an "observation" you made to make your platform less slippery.
You implying "I'm not being taken seriously" for lumping people together is manipulative.
...but you aren't, and part of it is because of that.
