A person filled with hate is despicable, but some hate in necessary - to defend yourself and to impose order to other people (like when a kid is chewed out for screwing up).

I don't see hate in the equation at all...so...hmmmm...that is when retaliation  loses proportion to the perceived crime. 

I mean how you read the book on crow, read long posts, you do not seem to skim, you put effort into everything you do it seems. It might just been what I have seen.

Speed reader...always have been...connect lines of thought...maybe incorrectly...sometimes, but more often than not, correctly...so...nothing special.

Yeah I actually see. I always saw anger and hatred as different. I see a valid point hatred is a loss of respect and tends to have tendencies of frustration.

Whenever I hated my circumstances. I hated my family being bad off financially, I hated not knowing if I was as good as I thought I was and I hated not fitting up to certain standards I came to expect of myself. Eventually, the guilt and insecurity gnawing at my conscious turned into hate and it's fueled close to everything I've done
