How long can you hold your breath?
I know you can't die by holding your breath because you would fall unconscious and then breathe again... I never got to there so do not even make assumptions lol. I think it does vary though how long I can hold my breathe. If I try right now... I started feeling discomfort at 70 seconds. I felt a lot of discomfort at 120 seconds. I could have went further though I am not in a self hatred attitude so I just stopped because of the discomfort. I will estimate maybe I can hold my breathe for 3 mins if I was willing to endure the discomfort until I could not bear it. If you really want to know how long I can hold my breathe for sure then I suggest dunking my head in a tub of water and waiting until I breathe in the water before giving me CPR. Time it.
If you were stranded on an island, what are the three most important things that you think you would need?
I will assume this island comes with banana trees, coconut trees, animals and maybe other food plants. This means I do not have to bring seeds to plant my own food. I would have brought a bunch of seeds of plants that grow within the maximum length of a season. It means I will want fast growing plant seeds.

1. A magnifying glass because I can not make a fire for shit. I did see one video of making a fire with ice though I assume this is a tropical island. It will make this easier so I do not have to mention lots of clothing.
2. I would NEED a water purifier. The last thing I want is to drink undrinkable water. I mean I did say I drank from a puddle once. I have eaten snow as a child. I just think a small dosage of unclear water is different from prolonged exposure. I could develop resistance.
