Okay, having talked with EG I can vouch for him to be nothing but a TPG on steroids (sorry TPG). Some of the things he said were rather humorous, so there is some depth in the guy. Nevertheless, he indeed posts a lot and floods the chat as well as the thread section, so as much as I am a firm supporter of freedom to express oneself, I'm also seeing an issue.
I think that when such issues occur, one should first be notified about the obnoxious behavior by the authority which was informed by some concerned citizen. Then his/her behavior could be analyzed in a thread and if it is deemed as truly unbearable, the offender should be given a chance to change his or her ways or face harsh justice. Having a debate would make it less of TC's call and highlight the individuality rather than banning people right away, potentially causing displeased reactions, which may very well be just a way to scold the authority.
In short.
1.) Inform the potential outlaw.
2.) Host a debate.
3.) If deemed bad, give time to change.
4.) If 3.) didn't work, take action.
