I agree with most of this, we see things in a similar way, but I worry about getting a fucking lawyer manual for this place and tying our hands with clauses. "I invoke the SC ACT chapter 5 clause 3 section C paragraph 2 line 4 / 10.8.2016" this is a headache in this chaos, and trolls are extremely inventive. They will always find new ways to bypass the clauses (like instead of "chain posting", posting random shit between every other post made by another user), and we will have to add to the clauses again and again. And when will we feel the need to do that? When the only one rule that matters gets broken:

ONLY ONE RULE: DO NOT RUIN THE USABILITY OF THIS SITE (SUCH AS SPAM, FLOODING OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES).

This alone is alright to me and leaves the least room for abuse from either side (troll side and "the sc law enforcement").

Edit: plus do you have any idea how much shit can an autist or a bot spread on the forum in 59mins59seconds? Also, this site's time stamps are retarded, we get seconds - minutes - hours - days etc. Timing an hour of spamming is impossible.

Good points, but the longer than an hour part is more problematic than anything else you mentioned, imo.

It's also up for debate on "off-topic". Xena sees quite convinced that quite a lot is off-topic as opposed to natural tangents from only focusing on the OP.

2. Any spam thread/post should be deleted, in addition to the following points:

2.2 If the username of the spammer is a puppet ban it.

When are they no longer a puppet, and should an established user have that much more power? Sounds like room for bias without fleshing this one out. 

2.3 If the username of the spammer is a puppet and the main account is know, or its not a puppet and this is his/her 1st offense, warn the main account for a future ban.

Not all are that obvious, and they can always make another account (ie: Jim's mock-threats). 

2.4 If its a second offense ban the main account. If the main account is unknown, then ban the main account once its known, if this is his second offense, otherwise look at number 2.3.

I somehow see people being pissy after a two strikes policy. Favorites > Rules. 

3. If a post or a thread, or several posts or threads cause technical difficulties, then these posts or threads are to be considered spam, in which case refer to number 2, unless its proven it was not intentional.

3.1 Technical difficulties are considered when posts other then the malicious one experience any kind of technical difficulties, because of the malicious one.

3.2 Technical difficulties are considered when the malicious post makes anyone's browser or other programs crash or experience technical difficulties.

3.3 If the malicious post is proven to cause technical difficulties, but was not intentional, then the post should only be removed by a moderator, if a majority of users have these technical difficulties.

Pretty solid. 

4. If a post contains child pornography directly(not linked) or contains links to such material with intent on simply sharing it, then its considered spam and refer to number 2.

Obvious enough for users to toy with it.

5. If a post is made to somehow create illegal activities based in this forum, then its considered spam and refer to number 2.

All of this is more a deterrent than any fucking policy holes or potential fuck ups offer as a threat.

Turncoat will only delete the CP and dox/info of the person being dox if that person asks him to take it down. Everything else pretty much goes, and no one but Cad, Meta, TC, Crow, Ed, Cake and I seemed to have anything else to say so I guess the only ones that cared were use and we are not the entirety of the forum. Anything else that you might see as spam, make a thread or pm TC and explain why you think its spam. Maybe it'll go down and maybe it won't, this has dragged out long enough and you've got the mute/ignore button.

I was talking with Inquirer the other day, and he was also extremely surprised at the hate and bad attention Xena gets.

Not sure what happened behind the scenes in pm and skype with you guys, but for me and Inky who have spent time just here, Xena has appeared in no way to be a threat to the community or threaten its ways. Jim tried to crash this site endless of times, and even last week we couldn't talk in chat because of Johnsnowisdead and TPG spamming. Even in this thread, Jim made a point to spam/show off the grandpa while people ignored him and had a go at Xena for some really minor shit. Because let's be reasonable Turncoat, this WAS minor shit by any SC standards. I swear I am confused by this.

She's in many ways why this place even has rules. Her and Dex both. 

This isn't her first stirring (pretty sure it's her third). It's difficult to not have her be a focus when she's a main culprit time and time again.

This place has rules because of Xena? You mean the dox deletion thing? Because if you do, the people making a big fuss over public doxing and those of us feeling bad for them are the reason for that rule, not her...

Before single posts could be deleted, she posted a dox just to remove a topic she didn't like. She's chain posted and mass-video posted more than once. She tests limits harder than Jim as a form of tantruming, and that only began when I refused to be puppeteered by her PMs shortly after she came from PF, a place where she seemed to have a nearly identical gameplan. 

Notice how she flips a shit by acting out and then pushes for more rules, all the while wanting to see the place die? She's caustic, but choosing to make it personal just serves into playing into her desired narrative. This is why there needs to be a standard or nothing when it'd otherwise be fairly straight forward.
