Xena supported Luna during her banning spree a week ago and now everyone's pissed at her.

Edvard blamed Turncoat for Luna's banning spree instead of blaming Luna and a few people are pissed at him for it.

Correction on Ed: It's actually more that people are displeased with him for egging Luna on, as this was unfolding.  Sugar is also displeased because he blamed her.  I am displeased because he blamed both myself and Turncoat.  And it's aggravating the situation that he refuses to acknowledge that he supported Luna's decisions, in the first place.

I think I (almost) always harbor a flickering hope that the opposing party will either admit they're wrong or unwittingly make it absolutely obvious they're wrong. If I knew neither of those things would happen I wouldn't bother continuing it.

"Hidden Motive" doesn't always have to be something they're consciously aware of. Ed's shown multiple dimensions to his perspective here already through his being questioned (alongside a good deal of deflection). Straightforward answers with contradictions and cherry picking present make them less straight forward than they'd appear, plus his shpeal on "Female Handling 101" shows a two-faced nature. Xena meanwhile's been a spaz, but this time her spazzing out included stronger displays than usual.

Honestly, so much has happened this week that a summary isn't going to do it justice. If I were to cover it all, it'd be a fairly lengthy longpost. Asking us for summations will also have you reflect their individual biases instead of finding your own piece of the story to question/comment on.
