Lolz. I actually bothered to read your diarrhea for a change. Your seduction technique (if I can even refer to whatever this is in such grand terms) is cringe-worthy at best.

Panic attack

How has your sleep been prior to these attacks, and were any behaviors of yours out of the ordinary in minor ways within the week leading up to this?

"As I relaxed I started to actually enjoy the experience, being so out of it and handing control completely over to whatever was happening to me."
Wow, that is the complete opposite of how I respond. Even when I am stuck handing control over, it's handed over to a sense of crippling paranoia.

"When it stopped and I went to sleep i slept for over 12 hours, and all day today i’ve felt completely on another planet."
How old are you (roughly, don't need it to be exact if you're worried about doxing or whatever), and have there been any changes in your diet? You should try to avoid caffeine and high levels of sodium right now if you already aren't, as dehydration right now is not your friend.

I'm wondering about the potential for latent quirks surfacing.

Edit: Nevermind, you answered with "27".

"When i woke up it was like someone was pressing on my head and squeezing the sides of it together."
Migraine?

"I went to the kitchen to bake a cake and had the feeling that i was outside my body looking in, and i could see myself clearer in my mind than i could see through my eyes. I keep thinking that i can’t believe i’m really here, right now, on this earth and this is actually happening. Even if i’m doing smth totally normal like walking down the street or having a cup of coffee it just doesn’t feel real at all, like i just literally cannot believe this is actually happening. I keep looking at the clock and being amazed at what time it is, like it’s some sort of dream."
Dissociation?

"People keep asking if i’m ok, even some girl in the gym i’d never spoken to before came up and asked if i was alright, which is concerning because i thought i was acting totally normal."
Lacking lucidity is by far the scariest potential symptom of psychosis... It's one thing for things around you to be different, feel wrong, but it's another thing entirely when the mind just decides to roll with it, lacking the necessary questions.

I'm sorry you went through this, it's no fun at all. I thankfully don't get crippling head pains, but the rest of this bordering on eerily familiar to some of the deep end times I had while I was dealing with college stress (and a few other notable times...). I tend to have racing thoughts that don't have to make sense as opposed to a loss of recognition of things, but I have hit points like that before. Writing what's happening down is extremely smart to do, as otherwise it can become startlingly easy to forget things that happen when like that the same as forgetting one's dreams.

I'd recommend trying to deal with the head pain first. You're more likely to become lucid after the pain fades a bit, as I've heard of symptoms like these from a few people going through migraines. Do some treatment for headaches, avoid salt and caffeine, and otherwise take it easy for a little bit. If it persists even with the necessary precautions in effect, see a doctor about it. Times like this where your head's running away from you can come back to bite you if you aren't careful.

I must've gone down the rabbit hole today, because you're actually talking sense for once :D

I do actually have a family history of epilepsy. Hopefully it's not that, think I'm past the age where onset would begin, but it's food for thought, definitely.

Look up sleep paralysis, its biggest features being unable to move your body and speak up (body shuts down the body and muscles but not the brain)

To add to this, there's also one way I wake myself up out of it by first wiggling my toes, then shaking my legs, at some point i become able to move my abdomen then bam I wake up.

Hm, that is a possibility. I know i was definitely unable to move my arms, but looking back perhaps i could have tried a bit harder to move my feet and legs and got out of it that way. I've experienced smth similar to sleep paralysis before once when i was trying to meditate, but without the racing heart, voices etc.

If that's the case, then your list of symptoms covers enough possibilities that you'll probably get a proper dx if you leave out the part about the voice.

Yeah, I agree, I don't think there's anything to be gained from having that on my medical record. I'm actually thinking of going to see a private doc so that it won't go on my medical record at all, but even then i'll be on the safe side and not mention voices.

It sounds like it could be very serious. Professional help can be very useful. They have the most advanced technology. For example an early diagnosis of cancer can save lives but some people put it off.

it sounds like sleep paralysis but with symptoms the following day im inclined to also think it could be neurological. hearing voices isnt strange with sleep paralysis. the next day time/memory loss and out of body sensations are. im interested in hearing what a doctor says.

are you sure that amount of time passed during the episode? do you think anything triggered it (lights/noises/substances)?

Part from the heart thing it sounds like classic sleep paralysis. If your heart stops make sure calling the doc. :P

I strongly recommend the next time you talk about this the next time you have a checkup or go to the doctor. This could be serious.

went to bed at around midnight last night and it happened again. not as scary this time though, different voices saying more personal stuff, not as paralysed and not as vivid. Usually I need at least 7 hrs sleep to function the next day but woke up at 4.30 as wide awake as i've ever been, and still wide awake although it's nearly 6.30. It doesn't actually feel wrong, even though i know it's not normal, just feels like what was meant to happen.

So there haven't been any other times with similarities to this experience?

I had hallucinations, voices and so on, when i was a young child, but nothing as significant as this.
