Posted this on psychforums as well, here: http://www.psychforums.com/antisocial-personality/topic173659.html
I'm not asking you to go into detail. Though, you can if you want.
If you were already caught for the crime/s it shouldn't matter much anyway, but if you weren't caught for them, then it's understandable that you may want to show caution.
You can just mention the type of crime/s in general (for example: theft, burglary, fraud etc). Cops can't arrest you for that and they're certainly not going to investigate you based on something they can't be sure is even true.
Obviously you don't have to mention every crime you've committed if you don't want to. If there is something you'd rather not mention, then just leave it off your list.
Now for some questions:
First of all, as indicated above, list the crimes you've committed in the past, and share some details if you're comfortable doing so.
How old were you when you committed your first crime that did, or could have got you into serious trouble with the law? What crime was it?
Were you a well behaved child growing up or did you often defy your parents?
How did you cope at school, having to abide by certain rules?
How often do you break the law?
Did you ever encourage others to commit crimes with you? If yes, what type of crimes?
If you got caught for committing crime in the past, do you regret having committed the crime?
Have you ever committed a crime that involved either murder or serious injury to another person? If yes, are there any positive or negative feelings associated with your experience? Explain.
Are there any specific crimes you've thought about committing, but haven't? Which ones and why?
Imagine for a moment that you committed murder and got caught for it. There is no way you can escape a guilty charge. At sentencing you're given the death penalty, but you're allowed to choose your own method of execution. How would you prefer to die? (You can't say I wouldn't want to die because that option is not available)
