"Thinking back now I may be able to remember to remember a time or two when turncoat has agreed with something someone else said earlier, though no instance immediately comes to mind. In my limited time talking to Turncoat, its been like the less argumentative something is presented as, the less argumentative his response, after factoring in the presenter. The last part of the statement just takes into account that there are some people  he just enjoys arguing with."
Interesting.

From my end at least, it's mostly about getting the response I'm after. Different people require different means to get information out of them. While I can have a lot of hunches about people, said hunches sound ridiculous until they decide to reveal it themselves. To get them to open up or reveal things, whether intentionally or unintentionally on their part, is not really a one-size-fits-all sort of thing. While a mix of truth and some fairly transparent Devil's Advocate can do the job, in some cases it may require agreeing with portions of it or even going as far as keeping it private within PMs.

If I say it it means nothing, but if they say it it means everything. Once someone reveals something about themselves, others will respond in such a way to reveal things about themselves as well. From there there's room to cross reference and ask further questions.

"you all believe the ones who are a bit serious about destroying me have a good reason for it, so you flock up and believe I'm so arrogant."

What reasons do the people bent on destroying you have? Also the type of person who makes everything a debate is annoying as fuck irl. That said, they likely don't stand out as much on a site like this, where when comes to debates most people are really quick on the draw; this makes said 'master debaters' less obnoxious, if only by comparison. Thinking back now I may be able to remember to remember a time or two when turncoat has agreed with something someone else said earlier, though no instance immediately comes to mind. In my limited time talking to Turncoat, its been like the less argumentative something is presented as, the less argumentative his response, after factoring in the presenter. The last part of the statement just takes into account that there are some people  he just enjoys arguing with.

Also, out of curiosity who are your aggressors? Besides Edvard, that's clear cut enough. And finally, I hope you don't think we all believe the ones who are a bit serious about destroying you. To someone on the outside, or at least to me, you don't seem like you're in the wrong, your whole conflict is romping around a hazy gray area. Those who argue with you hardly appear heroic, but since they talk about things in a way that many of us are used to/can identify with, they feel a little easier to side with at times. I think that is why many newcomers side with someone like Ed, because he/others bother to immediately explain their side of the story; something that you haven't started doing until recently(to my knowledge).

Today's Episode. Tony delves into the Holy Bible, mining for answers to 3rd wave feminism.

Enter The Book of Timothy.

"Timothy Charged to Oppose False Teachers

As I urged you when I went into Macedonia, stay there in Ephesus so that you may command certain people not to teach false doctrines any longer or to devote themselves to myths and endless genealogies. Such things promote controversial speculations rather than advancing God’s work—which is by faith. The goal of this command is love, which comes from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith. Some have departed from these and have turned to meaningless talk. They want to be teachers of the law, but they do not know what they are talking about or what they so confidently affirm."

Hm Yes, that sounds like those evil courses that taint the minds of women in my hometown, making them angry and aggressive at the ones they were born to love. Men.

.

"11 A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. 12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man; she must be quiet. 13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve. 14 And Adam was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner."

Mmmyesssss, very wise. I noticed how women are so easily fooled in my society by the teachers of myth, which causes controversial speculations that do more damage to the traditional family values. Such as women loving men, and children growing up without being taught there is anything wrong with their gender.

Truth is not universal, it simply means that they believe it themselves when they express it.

My truth and your truth can contradict each other without either of us being a liar.

Truth is honestly the strongest tool of deception that we have at our disposals. There's nothing to unravel when it's not structured like a web.

No, they are deluded if they think they do.

No. Some are, others are not. Those that would prefer to hide behind walls of illusion/ delusion will use that as a defense as it is easiest to smoke away behind the shit that hits the fan. But you everyone can smell it regardless.
