Most humans reach their peak in value after completing all of their education and then start depreciating drastically once they retire and go on to wither of old age.
As a 19-year-old pursuing post-secondary education in a STEM field, right now I'm at a point where my value is rapidly increasing. It's a great place to be.
You make it sound as if college is the end all be all of mental development. What a terribly restrictive mindset you have.
College is about giving some institution a load of money, passing a bunch of tests, and getting a pretty piece of paper for your resume.
Learning is a lifelong process of conquering your ignorance.

Self Evolution is limited only by the limitations you put on it.

However, the approximation of ones own evolution is a very subjective and therefore inherently biased construct. Indeed the individuals answer is more likely to provide insight into how the individual conceptualizes their beliefs than how they have actually evolved as a person.
More over the vagueness of the question lends itself to being easily misinterpreted. To what depth, in what area, etc is this question being asked?
I suppose the important question for you dear inquisitor: What answers are you really searching for?
Yes kitten, but in the grand scheme even psychotherapy is about the perceptions the individual has of themselves. Not the perception the therapist has of his patient. As a user states, he's looking for a subjective answer. Indeed he's looking for the raw subjective perception.
I believe the two of you are saying the same thing.
