When someone pulls that "mama bear" BS out of their arse without even pretending having an iota of reason, logic & common sense, then you get the picture. And "punk", FFS??? Last time i looked, punk was a slick middle-class affair, she should show gratitude for your efforts at trying to pluck her offspring out of the gutter. 

Then again (and i guess this advice will be wasted on the young), there's the old saying "court the daughter, marry the mother" - as in there's no way to tell whether your beloved will turn into the mini-me of her mother a few years down the line or not.  It's not a golden rule as there are exceptions, but generally true. Before you commit to any 'serious' relationship it's a good idea to take a long thorough glance at the parents and decide whether you can live with that shit or not.  Itsa trap i fell into at a young optimistic age (genders reversed though),  despite all warnings.

She turned 17 yesterday and I am turning 19 in a few months.

 EDIT: But again, her mother tried to get her dating a 20 year old man when her daughter was 16 years old. She does NOT care about age, even though our difference is half that.

Oh I know! But she did grow up speaking Polish for most of her life, so I was hoping to write off the idiocy as a culture barrier. Anyway that adage really is something I think about sometimes, but I'm confident they are simply different people. Brain imbalances present in the mother but not the daughter, drug use present in the daughter but never in the mother(regular marijuana use, that shit affects your brain development), one growing into an (for lack of a better word) adult in Poland and the other doing so in the USA, one with little education and the other on her way to any University of her choosing. They have very little in common, even their relationships with their mothers have no similarities.

It would be annoying to have to deal with her mother for the rest of my life, but it looks like there's a divorce in her near future. Her current husband is a far better custody choice and I'm sure he will have it. I say that in the hopes of less interactions with this person. But as far as mother-daughter relationships go, I don't see much talking happening in the future. I know it sounds like I'm ignoring your advice, but I've thought it about it and am alright with it, however it ends up.

I have a few minor confirmations from my girlfriends sister, and my girlfriend. Like an example would be something from a couple weeks ago. That kid goes to her mother telling her that my girlfriend is "the only person who helps him feel like he isn't alone" and how depressed he was, ugly, no friends, hates himself, etc. He brought himself down to nothing and then convinced her mom that she makes him feel like something, which totally is bullshit. I see this dude around the mall, half a dozen girls with him all fawning over his emo ass. He will say one thing and then completely contradict it a moment later, which sounds unimportant but it applies to fucking everything. Even things that make no sense to lie about, he lies about. Things you CAN'T get away with lying about, he lies about. It's insane lol. But yeah, back to his little plea for sympathy. Even when they were dating he would always be having several intimate conversations with other girls at all times. He is popular with girls for his looks, has a good amount of friends (he has said so many fucking times), and also has said he loves himself. Omg, he even pretends to be traumatized by eating food to get sympathy. I think he's going for the anorexia thing hahaha. But he's always inviting himself over to peoples houses for dinner and shit, it's ridiculous.

EDIT: I didn't realize how very much this person annoys me. LOL

But besides that, it's just in his nature. I think it might even be a fucking pathological thing. When I say he's borderline, I mean like. You google it, and he matches the description to the letter.
