Where the fuck do you people see gold... Or black. There's some black behind the dress.
So autists see through optical illusions? Do autists go often to clubs? Because white turning to blue is pretty common there.
by AReallyHotActressI would call that colour a dull bronze if you want to be that nitpicky.
The white is also not a true white. It has a toothpastey bluish tinge behind it.
What you call bronze I see as gold but darkened down because it is in a shade, same with white, it only looks bluish because it is also in a shade.
I actually tried to, at first (though not very hard), but after the fact, and seeing the picture you posted, I'm actually quite satisfied with myself that I got where I did without looking it up, to be honest.
I literally cannot fathom how anyone could see white on that dress.
My brother is literally COLORBLIND and he could see that it was blue.
Gold, maybe I could see that, because the top did look bronze in that lighting (though I still think anyone with two brain cells to rub together should have been able to figure out that the damn thing was actually black because black does that bronze-in-harsh-light thing on clothes all the time.) ... but WHITE? How stupid can you be to see THAT MUCH blue and think "Oh, that must just be cuz it's in shade duhurr." I don't care how much shade something is in, shade doesn't add colors that aren't there.
Ugh. As if I needed another excuse to think that most of my species is utterly retarded.
EDIT: In regards to shade not adding color- I meant in bright, artificial lighting such as in the image. Darker natural lighting, such as at dusk, can, of course, give a blue tinge to things.
