We're discussing if sociopaths are by default more logical than a typical mind. In terms of needs I used it as an example to point out, as I wrote " a more optimal degree of logic". Truth is rational explanation that governs logic especially for the proclaimed intelligent.
Between a sociopath and the typical their needs are the same, what is considered illogical is irrational reasoning which isn't the case. When laws are broken both sides are aware of that no matter how they feel, sociopaths lack empathy and no that doesn't mean they are more or less logical.
No the attempt to confuse is more pertinent to the point. There exists the assumption of which on either side is owner of what constitutes Truth, where in the constructs are not or may be in alignment. As such the discussion is rather ludicrous with the variables being defined in such a a manner that both are not discussing the same topic.
