What makes you think that they do?

That's just something I've read they're able to do. So are you a socio and just messing with me, or what?

I'm not sure guessing at it matters, except possibly with regard to your amusement. Either you are one and messing with me, or you're not, and just being counter-productive. Either way, what you're doing is kind of sad.

Is someone willing to actually have a discussion on this? I realize you don't really have a reason to tell me, but on the other hand you don't really have a reason not to, either.

Any answer you get here likely isn't really going to tell you anything. At best someone might say something close enough to what you already believe and you'll take that in as a valid point if it's well written enough.

You can try looking at DSM-like symptoms, but it's not like every person within the "socio" category is identical.

I can tell but I'm not a socio, I'm a "uber empath", for me it's easier to feel other people's emotions and to detect subtle changes in facial expressions and behaviors, which might be harder for you being an Aspie. Look at this video clip of David Bowie who I think portrays the traits:
