A Healthy Diet

I'm curious what foods you would consider as part of a healthy diet for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

If you know of any healthy recipes, I'd appreciate them too.

Do you also follow a particular exercise routine on a daily or weekly basis? If so, what is it?

Human meat, from the freezer.

Under the "pork".

And above the "mice droppings".

Shelves full.  :)

I had strawberries and cream oatmeal for breakfast which has many vitamins and minerals. The fruit chunks are treated with coloring and there was some artificial flavoring, but I think the good outweighs the bad here. And there's only 12 grams of sugar (3 teaspoons) up to 15 grams of sugar a day isn't bad to me.

For lunch I had a veggie burger and fruit salad. I know the veggie burger has a lot of vegetables in it, but there probably is some other random crap since I had it at a restaurant. I was hoping the fruit salad would make up for the bad things inside the burger.

Haven't had dinner yet...

I mostly let Caloriecount assist my choices to see what would compliment what I felt like eating that day, but I have been passively learning from it overtime as I click links that describe the importance and as I study my own eating patterns. It both inspires me to seek variety and study how different vitamins and nutrients can affect my behavior.

As long as you stay within healthy guidelines, even some unhealthy choices can still fit according to plan.

Spinach is sort of regular thing with me. (you can do the blender thing and have green juice for throughout the week. Beets or apples are good sweeteners)

Just ate some chicken.

Now I am 1/2 way through making liposomal vitamin C.

I probably need to cook up my calf liver and turkey necks before they expire, so that's next. Will go in the fridge for the next day or for later tonight.

Probably have a ginger green tea with lemon drink later on.

Maybe a baby formula with powdered goat coffee if I get tired.

If I do any of my meds today, it will be cdp choline, piracetam, valproic acid, and probably some b vitamins and a few others.

If you are looking for a quick easy and fast recipe. Mix, vinegar, sugar, chili peppers, and peanut butter in a small bowl to taste. Boil some rice noodles, and you've got pad thai. Very filling, somewhat nutritional. Better than kraft dinner.

Eggs for breakfast, is good every now and then, but if you've never slathered them with tumeric, then you're missing out.

The best dine out places if you ask me, in terms of value and health, are the Indian and Vietnamese restaurants. Say no to pizza every now and then. You can eat cheaper at the restaurants, rather than ordering pizza, if you are careful or find the right buffets.

All you can eat Indian Buffets, versus Pizza? Not comparable at all.

Workdays:

For breakfast I usually have an energy drink, and sometimes a milligram of etizolam (although not so much of that as of late).

At lunchtime I often have another energy drink, along with some McDonald's, or a homemade meal (pizza, hamburger, or sausage, gravy and biscuits quite often).

Dinner is usually some form of home-cooked meat along with beer, or liquor.

Off-days:

For breakfast I will often have eggs, and beer if there is any around.

Lunch consists of some form of home-cooked meat, and more beer. Maybe diclazepam if I haven't been drinking beer.

Dinner will be another home-cooked meal, sometimes leftovers of lunch. If I've been drinking beer throughout the day, I will probably have beer with my dinner as well.

Exercise:

My exercise regimen consists of patrols around the building I work at, and walking to and from work. I also probably burn a fair amount of calories masturbating on my days off.

Breakfast? avocados, milk, eggs, bacon or fish. Wild alaskan salmon or sardines. I make hot cocoa with stevia
I use fermented skate liver oil and high vitamin butter oil reguarly plus raw grassfed butter, coconut oil and olive oil

For dinner I make fatty beef or chicken with basmati rice, vegetables and mushrooms. I mix the basmati rice in tons of raw butter and himalayan sea salt. It tastes really fucking good

That's what I've been eating lately anyway..

Oh and raw organic soaked nuts. Soaked nuts are fucking amazing..

I try to have 2 or 3 cups of japanese matcha green tea daily...

I live in Norway so because of the climate I can't get really good quailty meat and dairy... I guess I could slaughter a sheep and eat it..
