"No, you're encouraging me to kill him. Plain and simple."
I have nothing to gain from his death, I don't really mind his presence to be honest. You however have much to gain and have claimed the desire and the ability to do so. You claim to be this murderous sadistic killer, but when the opportunity for gains through it arises you will never take it because you are too cowardly to go through with it. Such cowardice isn't something to take too seriously though, the average person expresses the same thing, myself included. However, it still means you'd have to live with being too scared to live up to your claims because "The Law" will find you.

What I have to gain from pushing like this? Proof beyond speculation that your word means nothing.

"Unless I actually kill josh and get caught for it, there is no possible way you can know what I would or wouldn't do. So, that is a ridiculous argument."
It's hard to deny that if he stopped appearing you'd stop looking as bad. You will always have people opposing your choices, but it'd significantly decrease the perception of your ineptitude if he stopped coming here.

Regardless of if we know why he's gone, your life would become easier. Proving it to us is irrelevant if he stops being a problem.

Not really, I'm instead reminding her what she's said on her own and dispelling the BS as to her claims for why she wouldn't bother.

No, you're encouraging me to kill him. Plain and simple.

The truth is that she'd never do it, and for every day he continues to be here it will further reflect how much her words and actions don't always match. Even if she had the perfect means of eliminating him I doubt she'd take it.

Unless I actually kill josh and get caught for it, there is no possible way you can know what I would or wouldn't do. So, that is a ridiculous argument.

He'd stop being online. In that sense, does telling me about it even matter?

A phone call affecting his ability to access this forum would be a rather comical conclusion to this story.

Wait, you have his phone number?

What are you waiting for? This could be the answer, and if not it could still be hilarious.

I want you all to answer these two simple questions:

1. Is josh a problem on this forum? Explain why you believe he is or isn't.

2. Should josh be allowed to post here until he starts spamming the forum again?

1. yes i believe he is a problem because he posts here

2. yes and no

When I mute josh, I get bitched at for doing it. If I don't mute him, I get bitched at for not doing it. So, I think it's important this issue is raised again, so that we can all (or at least the majority here) can come to some kind of mutual agreement regarding the dexter/josh problem.

If you disagree with each other, then feel free to share your opinion. I am hoping that a debate will spark from this and we may actually reach some form of agreeance. I think it's important to know what most of you want, so that I can act on the majority's behalf as necessary.

You;re doing fine. Don't change anything about the way you are running Admin/ Mod powers.

Regardless of your responses to the points, they are what's creating opposition, along with the belief that you're likely to keep inventing new rules as you grow more comfortable with your admin position.

"Are you suggesting I actually kill him?"
I'm saying that you suggested doing so yourself. Can't deny that a corpse can't make new puppets, nor that your "less than legal" claims show you aren't afraid of breaking any laws to accomplish this goal. You've expressed wanting to do so, multiple times, and here's a situation where it'd also fit "doing your job".
