Apparently, the mammographic and sonograhpic findings suggest that it's a fibroadenoma (a benign tumor), which is basically harmless, but because of my age, it was recommended that I get a biopsy as well just to be sure.
I recently had the biopsy, but I won't know the results of that until I see the doctor again. After seeing the mammogram report, I feel pretty confident that it's not cancerous, so I'm not worried.
