I predict MrO will evangelically born again  somewhere between his next second & fourth future comatose buttrape, and no colostrum milk and baby formula will help that.  Opens up lucrative political career options for him, once he manages to cross the USA border with his tricycle. White House better stocks up on bee pollen in anticipation.

 LOL

well i get sleep paralysis almost every night of my life, but my diet, daily routine, exercise habits, vitamin/mineral/etc. intake, and most anything you can think of has changed over time, so im not sure about that being true. i also heard melatonin was supposed to help cure SP. did i understand what ive heard backwards maybe?

It has been proven that a very low amount of caffeine can be sedating. So maybe try a cup of green tea before bed? I know it doesn't work with me but I know people it does work for. Plus green tea is the new thing that is going to save us all.

If you are going into the sound department, sometimes half an hour of thunder and rain might put me to sleep. I actually sleep through real thunder storms which people find odd.

I think the worst thing you can use is antihistamines, they might give you quite a hefty hangover.

It sounds a little like you need an upper to sleep, in that case, in theory, phenibut might work (try to get the pure form not the weak pill), because it basically both calms and stimulates. I'd use it more if it wasn't so dang expensive and my prescription meds are near free.

green tea also has theanine in it (though minimal amounts). i'm really familiar with theanine, took some last night before bed. that combined with later rit dosing, late night ~hour long exercising, and pigging a spot of pasta resulted in good sleep. all of that being entirely circumstantial, even if the theanine was a deliberate sleep aid choice. won't keep up with the theanine, nearly out and the cheapest sitting at 14cents per capsule is non to thrilling a price, jmo...

though wouldn't mind a matcha roll with ze nightcap!

i drink tea instead of water, so steady streaming in and out all the day long. also, while on the rit i either drink a fair deal of coffee or pop a few caffeiners. works in tandem with the rit to keep me up and on, instead of down and out. but, from my experience, caffeine on it's own has little effect on my sleep in either the help or harm way.

phenibut expensive...you've said enough. rather dish out the dollars for something more enjoyable to have each night.
