That someone is too weak to fight back doesn't mean they want what they're getting. If they don't want it, it's rape. Simple as that. You can find blame for the victim, but they're a victim nevertheless.

To quote the Houston Area Women's Center:

"If it hurts, it's abuse."

Just because people abuse each other all the time, doesn't mean it isn't abuse!

As for people with impaired or disabling conditions affecting their ability to communicate consent, that is even MORE reason not to take advantage and abuse people. When abuse is done to elderly, physically disabled or children who can't consent it's clearly criminal. Why not have the same consideration for others who aren't fully able to communicate and defend their free choice and interests?

Was busy with work and some life stuff I had to sort out.

I'm back now however.

I've never actually been to a Comic Con (not from a lack of interest). I did watch Paul recently, which has had me thinking about it again, but I can't say I've ever attended one.

I had some relationship bits to try to fix, interviewed for a job with a (much) higher pay than my current barely above minimum wage part time position I've had for about a month now, and otherwise had some "me" stuff to sort through from a lot of things coming up at once in a short time. I need downtime on occasion to rebuild myself, as I can stress out from things, and this time around it didn't involve much computer attendance.

As for the other points brought up in this topic by other users, they're free to think those things. It originally came up as chat, and only became a topic (or two) once someone decided to copy it and make it one. It happened, but that doesn't mean I need everyone to know like it's some sort of anti-rape crusade. It happened, I wasn't strong, it's not a story of strength, and now it's behind me. If people want to use this as a point for/against me, that's their deal.

No points for or against. The story can neither be proven nor confirmed. The outlet for it is questionable as one might suspect such a trauma would have found better support elsewhere. One  potential outcome would be a genesis of AJ the KiddieTitty chaser. Seems not irrational. That sort of trauma would have damaging effects on a weak NPD/BPD psyche as has been epitomized in the pathetic existence of the AlFlighty AJ the pompous.

TC's mind was troubled at the time. That means nothing to me, if his mind was troubled I can't see the situation being healthy for him and yet he continued to let it happen. Like I said, he had options to stopping it, but didn't. Even kept it quiet. I refuse to believe that he was paralyzed and unable to do anything about when she walked in the door numerous times with people or without. He had the ability to walk right out the door at any time.

It's no different than any guy hooking up with an aggressive fat bitch and regretting it. TC didn't get raped, he just didn't have the balls to deny a fat chick wanting to fuck him. He allowed it to happen, multiple times, for an extended period. It wasn't rape.

 You're forgetting that not every guy is physically stronger than every woman.

When my ex tried to kill me, I had to physically fight back. The only reason I'm alive today is because I kicked the shit out of him. I could easily have killed him, but my intention was simply to make him stop and I did.

Now, rape is a different thing altogether, but I do believe it's possible for some women to overpower some men, especially if she's determined enough. Though, one has to wonder if his ability to get an erection in that situation isn't his way of saying, "yes".

Our bodies are designed to respond to sexual stimulation, and it doesn't necessarily matter whether it is voluntary or not. This is an autonomic nervous system response which is not under our control. A woman can get "wet" whilst being raped, this does not mean she enjoyed it, her body was simply responding to a sexual situation. A man can get an erection unwillingly.

Hmmm, a professional crier on the fora claims that it was "rape" and it is backed up various studies that suggest that a man can be raped if a woman insults his manhood. It's strange. He will 'rise' to the occasion to shut the NPD or BPD woman up or  she will leave or some damn thing, but he performs and calls it rape. Something like that. It is also be promulgated and promoted at various support sites. 

For women, rape is a little more bit more obvious due to potential for fighting and bruising. A man cries rape with out marks? Call it "learned helplessness" or something, but it is really rather not to be understood. Who knows though? 

For that matter, pain to me grants a pleasure response, even when I don't want it to, and she knew that from having known who I was dating.

It's like having my entire body be an erogenous zone if enough force is applied.
