Does anyone else experience it. Like them calling your name or whispering in your head?

I think it's called auditory hallucinations, but I used to hear my name called out a lot, especially when I was a teenager. When I lived alone or when I was alone(my flat and in certain places where I knew no-one else knew my name) the tone would change from whispers, normal speaking to frantic. I don't experience as much but I notice that when I stress out I hear it, but in a sort of distance way, like an echo.
Sometimes when Im the only one home I can hear someone whispering. It only happens when I
m under a lot of pressure for some reason.
Sometimes it gets really creepy, because I experience mild visual hallucinations. I hear someone whispering downstairs, I go down to check it out and I see a shadow running around a corner. Once I was so stressed out with my work I actually saw a person, not only a mere shadow. The police confiscated my handgun after I started a fire fight with a flower pot. Now Ive started smoking and I haven
t had hallucinations ever since, I`ve had minor ones, like whispers or so, but I always know that they are not real.
All the time. I don't think it's anything serious but I'll catch myself referring to my own conscious as "we" instead of I.
I read a book sometime ago, Bruce Lee: Artist of Life. Lee injured his back and was immobilized for 7 months, during this time he wrote philosophy to strengthen his mind. He himself had voices he heard(identical to mine), he named them Overdog and Underdog.
OverDog: vs. UnderDog:
Loud, Obnoxious Quiet, discreet, whispering
Righteous, Prideful plays to your temptations, insecure
Good intents pleads for the easy way out
Lee recommended never complying with the underdog, but observing and listening to it to spot your own vulnerabilities and maintenance them accordingly.
