I can feel empathy but i feel like it strays me away from my goal, so i just turn it off and go on to my job.

What is your job, what is your goal, and what do you mean when you say that the empathy you feel strays you from your goal?

One doesn't need to read any further than the title of the OP: you want attention, you're confrontational when threatened, and you position yourself above others. Smells like another narcissist.

I have got to admit that's a pretty huge amount of projection you got in there. I have yet to see someone that requires as much as attention and adulation in the channel than you (well, maybe Kitten, but unlike you, she stops from time to time to engage in normal conversation).

In fact, you need attention so much that you pick on clues from what i am saying and trying to become what i would like you to become, to attract my sympathies and affections, which obviously failed with me pushing you away, since you have quite outdone yourself in boring me :D

Now you are trying to engage in your narcissistic revenge by attacking me ( you must imagine that you are being subtle and cunning or something ). 

If I am a try-hard, then i don't know what to say about you.

So, by me adding "faggots", which is a term commonly used around here, you have concluded that i must be needy of attention, confrontational when threatened, and that i position myself above others. Damn, not only that you lack social intelligence, but you also read too much between the lines. When reading between the lines, i will suggest you to try to stay close to reality :)
