I think the greeks probably knew how to be sexy objects rather than it being anything about homosexuality. Males don't really get that chance. I mean women might get jealous, or they might drop out and do thier own offshoot of sexuality.
Men though, it's rare to find anything that remotely screams male sexuality except a suit and tie and bragging about power and money.
The drag thing is a perfect example. Who encourages men to be sexy? Doesn't happen a whole lot... so when a guy feels unsually sexy, well they must be a female trapped inside a man, right?
That's why bisexual males are the "dirty" bunch in the politically far left homo political camps, right?
