Fwiw, it's usually an implicit bias. Guys don't even know how offensive it is to women when they reject their minds, skill sets and other talents and rate them/ talk to them/ hire them based only on how fuckable they consider the women to be.
Why's that? You hate being adorded, lusted after, or you hate men and prefer lesbians?
That's common... all women are bi-sexual, meaning they don't require the same sort of stimulation to get sexual arousal.
They can go either way fairly easily... guys have a little more stigma and less objectification in the mainstream to work with.

The views of a society have never been more than what they have been convinced to believe. This is the way it always has been, and continues to be. If it is someone's prerogative to shape the perceptions of the common people, they will do so as long as they are effective at that. For anyone with half a mind, the opinions of ordinary people are little more than rungs of a ladder which one can climb up toward whatever it is they desire.
