how did your daughter react to the doctor? i'm assuming CAS were called because of this incident, either when the cops were called or when you took her to the doctor for an examination? i don't understand how you therefore thought you wouldn't press charges to avoid them.
I can understand why some people think that my refusals to do certain things come from a place of fear. There is a cult of victimization on these psych forums, so in this case I won't be sarcastic about it.
It's not about fear or avoiding. I think my gvt. does a shit job when it comes to child molesters and the like. I prefer my own brand of vigilante justice. Call it a boycott, if you will ;) They should thank me. I'm saving thousands of $$ those taxpayers are always whining about :P
I'm sure they would have pressed charges for me if there was evidence that he had molested her. But there was none, so they sent a social worker to my house. I showed them his things, all packed up in a corner of his room and told her that he had chosen to come back with a police escort to gather them. I said that he had stated that he would never be back again after the planned visit with the police. I believe we had also planned a date a few days after the CAS visit. That was good enough for her.
She came back once more after that. If there was a 3rd visit I wasn't there for it. I left the region after my 60 days notice was up. (Yes my landlord kicked me out for the kerfuffle. I found a place quickly bc he wanted to get rid of me badly enough that he gave me an excellent reference rather than wasting his money trying to drag me through a tribunal.)

because a lot of what you're saying doesn't add up, you lying whore. i mean, you say 'when the doctor came out he congratulated me on the way she reacted', then you claim the doctor allowed you to be present for the entire examination. you not taking any action against a man you believed to have molested your daughter for years, when he was PRESSING CHARGES ON YOU FOR HITTING HIM BECAUSE OF IT. something doesn't sound right bitch. you always asked your daughter if she had been touched by any man that entered your house, right? aside from the fact that you continuously allowed men into the home you believed to be capable of something like that, how about you fucking keep an eye so that you can prevent something like that rather than have a conversation about it followed by you indulging in your own repressed shit and doing nothing for your daughter.

I also mangled a roommate once bc my daughter-- who was only 2 at the time, and not very articulate--said something that sounded like he'd molested her. I cut him up bad, put him in the hospital, severed some of the nerves in his arm. He'll probably never regain full use of it. My daughter told me years later that I'd misunderstood her. He'd put her diaper on wrong and it was hurting her shnoo. :( If I ever see him again, I'll let him know that justice has been done. After the neighbours called the cops bc they heard me screaming cusswords at him, and saw him run out of the house all bloody, Child Protective Services harassed me for 14 years, and eventually forced me to choose between homelessness and turning my son into one of their psychosurgery experiments. Better me than him. Homelessness was still better than pen time.

The CAS track people through the welfare offices here. I did have a few blissful years without CAS harassment when I stayed off welfare. Homelessness didn't come until many years after the roommate shredding incident. I'm housed now and the CAS have closed my file for good.
If you're still trying to prove me a liar you can go cherrypicking through my posting history for what happened with my son. Typing for trolls is a waste of my time. Hint: I was attending university when I ended up homeless to keep my boy out of fostercare. My daughter was 16. They both went to live with my sister. The extra tax write offs she got for them paid off her remaining $10 000 in student loan debt during the time she cared for them, so STFU about parasites :P
