I don't know how anyone could honestly answer that. I hear a lot of people insisting that they can't be charmed - and they're usually the easiest to charm. Those who admit that they can be charmed are in a better position to avoid it... assuming that they want to avoid it. You know the song... "Some of them want to be used by you...."

That's true. A lot of times you just have to act stolid around them.

I like this and it is pretty self evident that what you write is true. I want people to try to charm me. That means they show interest in me. Seldom anyone does... But I do like people who can make me laugh.

 you have incredibly low self esteem and seem to be grateful for any sort of interaction, even if you're being used. let's say one of your lovely charming friends is piling on the flattery, and then you notice them steal something from your house. would you be okay with just knowing it happened & have a longwinded explanation about how interesting it is to watch someone use you, or would you act?

How do you figure? Not doubting what she said so much as this "self evidence" claim.

On the contrary I have incredibly high self esteem. My friends don't use me and the don't steal from me. I would get back what was stolen and then see to that everyone would know about the theft.

That if someone can be charmed it's better to realize it. But who cares? At the end of the day things like these don't matter. Other things matter...
