Actually, if I found out a member of this forum was actually a cop gathering information for future stings, entrapment, or what have you, and he had information on me.. you know what I would do?

I'd tie him up, get a nice cut of meat out of him, and prevent him from dying. Then I would marinate his meat in something citrus-y, maybe bread it, and probably pan-fry it. But how I cook you depends on what I cut from you. Maybe it would be the world's first pan-fried ribeye from a human pig.

But I would eat you in front of your very eyes. Until I ate your eyes.

I would keep cutting you and preventing you from death for as long as possible so you could watch me eat you, alive.

Depends on who I'm killing and why. 

Slowly would be best. Torturing someone to death, maybe. Especially if they have a pretty face. It would be nice to see it scrunch up in agony and then, if the face is prettier than mine, I could use a knife to ruin it. If I was fond of the person and they didn't do anything TOO bad to cause me to want to murder them I'd probably make it swift and semi-painless. If I'm feeling artistic, I'd probably portray Edgar A. Poe's "Mask of the Red Death" and paint every room a different color in accordance with the story, then paint the red room with the drained blood of whoever I'm murdering. Although that seems like a lot of work.... Probably not worth it.

You watch too much television. You'd be tasered and beat before you even touched either one of them, there would be at least two.

They're also required to radio in every few minutes, once that radio singnal doesn't return with the right 'end codes'... So even if you managed to take down two heavily armed people, you would have more heavily armed people on their way - to shoot you, if you're doing what you said you would do.
