Anyone's methods would be likely based on their experiences, things they have read about abd methods they have researched.It would also depend on their impulsivity, if they desire to be caught and the area they live in.

I guess it would depend on who it was, and what the circumstances were. If I wanted for sure to get away with it, I would probably use a poison of some kind (well, the entire plan is a little more elaborate than that, but poison sums it all up). If I didn't care whether I got away with it or not then I'd probably just give my victim one good stab to the heart.
