i get lost in my thoughts as they lead to nowhere. main problem is i cant remember my emotions. when i am in the middle of experiencing frustration i do not think about why i am frustrated it, because that emotion gets in the way.

Maybe writing things down or otherwise recording those thoughts for later analysis would help?

i don't care that much. its not enough of a problem now. when i find one solution that works well, i lose motivation. i had tried a few things until i managed to lower my anger enough.

but perhaps it will help. yeah it probably will.

it works because i lowered my ego and worked on my cognitive empathy.

and i lowered my ego, because i isolated myself from people for enough time to get at least some introspection.

then i could observe people in peace and learn cognitive empathy in a methodical way. later i upped this process by engaging people.
