by malevoThere are dozens of doctors queuing up to examine me. I recently told University of Oxford to sod off.I don't want to be no lab rat.
That's a clear trait of NPD.
No BS. They actually wanted to lab rat me.
I think I know where you're going with this. Lately I've been having violent thoughts as well, if it gets to a certain point my thoughts
become a cohesive entity and then I have to execute the plan. In a moment of mental clarity, I strike out violently.
I used to curb my violent thoughts, but haven't felt the need for it anymore since I can get away with not censoring myself.
Also want to second Turncoat's suggestion for stocking up on vitamins & minerals. Meds are a temporary solution, they're not an adequate substitute for the nutrition your body is really lacking.

I think I should really take up some gym time again. Perhaps take up boxing and let out the demon. You could be right. Will stop me from fearing an outburst anyway which usually makes things worse anyway.
I'm going to look into my diet. Learning some good stuff off others here.
I would never voluntarily take anti-psychotics. Not only because I don't need them and they can cause brain damage, but also because they lower the levels of dopamine. Dopamine is not only a neurotransmitter that makes people feel good, it's also the neurotransmitter that makes people win. They actually did a study were the participants had to gamble, and one group got something that increased their levels of dopamine. That group found winning strategies a lot easier than the other one. So in fact, dopamine is a big part of what makes people win. Knowing this, there is no way in hell I would ever take anti-psychotics. Instead I take various substances that boost my levels of dopamine.
