Ultimately, you have to ask yourself: "what core behavioural/personality trait is shared between all psychopaths?", and "what is shared between psychopaths that is physical (ie. based on neuroimaging results)?".
Psychopathy isn't a psychiatric diagnosis for a disorder - it's a constellation of personality traits. And many older male psychopaths do commit suicide after they run through antisocial burnout, which tends to occur in their early fifties.
