Yep. Prof. Hans Rosling did a full length programme for the BBC, roughly saying that population would stabilise and everything is ok.
Let's hope he is right. However, as the turning point probably arises at around the 13 billion mark (approx' just under twice the present world population of humans), then we won't necessarily avoid the negative side of overbreeding.
So it sounds like the usual shit - ok if you're rich. tough if you're poor.
Btw, Rosling is Swedish. I don't think swedish accents are annoying.
