So what do you guys think? Do you feel attached to the personalities you meet here? Do you enjoy "knowing" people here, and the sense of belonging and ability to freely express yourself without judgement?

 No. It's just a place to socialize with a bunch of strangers, who I don't give a fuck about other than chatting to.

 I like that you want to see us like that, Luna. I really like some of the people here. Others only seem to want to tear me down. Like you, Socio. "We all love each other?" You love me? A number of you guys have felt the need to tell me how ugly I am when I put my own picture on here. That hardly brings us closer. Maybe that's what brothers do to sisters in a family. I never had brothers so maybe you are like a brother who wants to fight but would really stand up for me in the outer world.

I get that there is ageism here and my age (70) is being held against me. Therefore, I have exchanged my recent pictures with one of me as a baby. LOL! So maybe I'm young enough for you now. We shall see.

It could be said that this forum is as much of a family that I care to be part of.

We know each other through the lies we tell and the drama we cause. that sounds like a family to me.

When I was younger and still had living relatives, the only reunions I enjoyed were funerals.

Yeah funerals are great. There is always one less person present, you get free food, free alcohol, everyone lets their social mask slip, and if you played your cards right you might get free money.
