Elaborate on your "target"
Men will try to organize themselves, there will be groups. Taking charge of/entering a strong one soon will allow you to control your environment better. You can't fire more than 2 guns at a time on your own.
But I doubt you'd make it in a group with your attitude anyway, so you'd probably be better off in the company of the only guy who'd listen to you. ;)
See you obviously don't understand the concepts of asymmetric warfare. It's a way of thinking used by the most elite and successful special operations units around the world, who prefer smaller elements over large ones. That allow them to move stealthy, quietly. Infiltrate and ex-filtrate more effectively. And have an even larger impact on a large force by attacking key points of their strength and crippling their effectiveness.
Yes, I could only fire one (maybe two) rifles effectively. But I would also be able to set up improvised explosives, shotgun claymores, pit falls, and other such booby traps. These would not only take out your men but alarm me to your presence, act as methods of obtaining meat for protein etc.
How many of you would be able to hunt and eat another person ? In a situation like that food will be scarse only the strong will survive. The citys will be overrun with gangs. But your true predators will be in the woods liveing off the land and going into the citys to hunt for meat. I personaly have a bug out bag in case i have to leave my house. I shouldnt have to bug out since i live in the country. I archery hunt. And i have side arms and rifles. One being my Colt m4. The will to survive is very powerful. And people will do shit they never thought they could do or would do.
1. I could find a wheelbarrow or something there, I suppose. Also, some materials can be find in my basement. I should also mention that despite I am a deep sleeper I usually get up a few times throughout the night. Consequently, I would notice that my phone is dead before noticing the lights and then I'd head to the table in order to charge it because the first logical assumption would be that the battery is dead. Once I'd realize that the electricity is gone, I would do the things you said but I would do it earlier than most others which would buy me more time. At first I would stay in my house to evaluate the situation. If burglars would pay me a visit I could either capture, question them about their whereabouts where I could go to join a group, if needed and maybe kill them just to avoid further arguments or reason into joining their group asap since I would have food and stuff to offer. My actions would depend on the quantity of the visitors. I would have a backpack filled with all the crucial stuff prepared at all times, but fleeing home wouldn't be my first idea since I would prefer to save my house until the situation would be changed (either by military forces or power restore). Nevertheless, fleeing is always an option.
2. Devaluation is yet another reason to acquire more money. Besides, such crisis would be solved eventually and I could benefit a little if I would hide the money somewhere until I'd need it again. What is more, under such circumstances, fleeing the country is also a legitimate option. If I'd do that, I wouldn't be able to take much things with me so having more money wouldn't hurt.
3. Yet another reason to consider departing, especially if I'd fail to keep my house.
