So, sociopaths don't really feel much when it comes to fear (nowhere near as much as a non anyway), so is it possible for a sociopath to be a coward?
Also, what do you think are the requirements to be a coward?
If you challenge a 'sociopath' to a fight to the death, when he knows he is at a disadvantage and he refuses, you will call him a coward.
But when he comes to you in the darkness and cuts your throat the same night, what do you call him then?
Is a dead fool able to call anyone anything?
Please. Sociopaths feel fear big time, more than most people and they are cowards. It just looks different. Think of how they cry and beg for their lives when faced with the DP.
What's the one thing a sociopath doesn't want others to know? The truth. More specifically, sociopaths do not want the truth about them to be known as they are insecure, malicious, and devious. Beyond being embarrassed by the truth of their behaviours and thoughts, they have a deathly fear of being exposed and rejected.
Because they use lies, manipulations, and distortions to control people, if others discover their true nature, they'd lose the support of the malicious minions they control and incite to abuse other people. (They're bullies and not much more).
Therefore sociopaths have a deep fear of and strong motivation to attack, discredit, harass the person willing to present the facts/truth that raises questions/doubts about their behaviours and lies. Messing with them can be a fun game irl.
