People with asperger's don't go to the lengths that Sherlock does to trick people even his best friends and family. Have you seen episode 1 season 3?

it depends on a person but like i said that's more of a psychopath than sociopath no one has told me of his bad childhood or teen so he has no history to back it up and he doesn't seem at all hyperactive so......

sherlock is psychopath... asperger and psychopath are on the same level at different ends one lacks understanding the other lacks most emotions

while a sociopath will have a sooky panic attack at someone devaluing their image or hurting their friend to seek revenge
