Yeah, it wouldn't be too hard to stretch a regular earlobe piercing with an 18g and go from there. I had a labret piercing, and after it healed I always wore a ring in it instead of a stud. You're making me miss wearing jewelry in it! I still think it looks supercute but I like looking more subtle these days.

You should do it! Not that I know how it looks on you, but I find a small stud to be more subtle. 

Admittedly mine isn't very small,  and I have to take it out when I do contacts with the public for work, but I would love a sister in arms. Not many people rock labrets anymore. I make sure to compliment every person I see with one... Which admittedly isn't very often and usually happens awkwardly in a grocery store. Lol

I have this fabulous app called SwiftKey which does indeed do "that". You should check it out. Aside from the occasional vowel confusion it does pretty well with grammar. It could really help you out.
