I'm hoping to get a really big peice done on my back someday... When I'm wealthy and can afford it lol. The picture I have in mind is from a tapestry my grandfather bought in Egypt of a tree. 

I've heard of those sub - dermal coral implants. Quite frankly they're a bit too much for me. I figure if you really want spikes get sturdy dermals that you can change out when you have to be in the presence of normies. 

Even dermals are a bit much in my opinion.

Top pic is actually kinda pretty/artistic,  though. Other pics seem pretty obviously intent upon being inflammatory,  and last pic is all fake. Prosthetics and body paint do not count as body mod.

which is why piercings are called piercings  you don't see people people say "HEY dude i love your body mod" they would say "hey dude i love your piercings.."

My earlobes and lip are pierced. I haven't worn a lip ring in years and I rarely wear earrings. I used to have two holes in each ear but the second holes have closed. I liked the way they looked though so if I ever got into earrings again I'd probably get that redone.
