Dr Phil is a narcissist not a psychopath. Not that there is much difference. The difference I see is that the narcissist is more inhibited.

No, she was referring to the cutting. Here is what she said in the video word-for-word...

M.E:  I have cut myself. I have scars all over my hands. It's one of the hallmarks of being a sociopath. It's difficult to learn from mistakes. (referring to her repeated cutting)

Dr Phil:  Actually, that's not a hallmark of sociopathy.

Note that she's talking about cutting being a hallmark of sociopathy, lol.

Is that really M.E. Thomas? The bitch in that video is very dumb and not all how I thought M.E. would be. 

But perhaps it's a good thing for M.E. to draw attention away from her real self.
