If this is really all you plan to do as a mod, then I (currently) don't see much of a problem.

 He won't stick to doing just that. The moment someone pushes him too far (likely me) he'll be enforcing his mod 'powers' and start fucking with their username or ban them altogether.

Way to twist my words. I didn't say I wouldn't kill at all. I said I wouldn't kill in public because I would get caught for sure due to there being witnesses.

Thrill stepped out of bounds, was punished, and time will tell if she will do so again.
