and they're usually blunted? have you seen a doctor/psychiatrist at any time for these issues?
Bahaha, you must have not saw the thread where Hellotech got some info out of me.
In summation, I have, they seemed horribly lost (and a little frightened?) when trying to figure me out, and I turned out to be more helpful for my cause than they were.
Edit: Found it.
They had me do tons of tests, watched how I acted when left by myself in a room with a two way mirror, and prior to all of that they collaberated with a shrink I had as part of an extra credit opporitunity for my Abnormal Psychology class (weird right?). Most who hear the things I have to say get sort of spooked. I think it might be how I describe it more than anything.
All of that was pre-Zinc though. I have no idea how they'd respond to me now. Not really in any hurry to find them either, as they'd more than likely just throw meds at me.
Been single for about a month or so now. Was engaged.
One could argue it was the paranoia talking, but they seemed to recognize when I had sorted some things around the room (to conform to that imaginary grid I mentioned) when I was left alone without actually looking around. The room also had a camera, and the mirror felt oddly out of place for the way the room was designed, like it was installed after.
She and I met eachother when I was just starting high school. We've been an on-again off-again relationship multiple times through our life, since I have always pushed hard to remain friends with my exes. She shows many traits of a Borderline Personality, so it made for a very interesting relationship. I liked showing her things to see how the extreme side of emotion would respond to things that I don't respond to quite so strongly, while she found my views not being so emotionally over the top a little sobering.
We hated eachother's writing styles for being so drastically different from eachother, almost alien seeming. We practically grew up together, so I became a bit attached. She helped me learn how to be a bit more honest, and I helped her learn of awareness and social matters to not go through life like as an abbrasive force of naive chaos.
by thesugargirlfunny, i was going to say the same thing to turncoat..
why aren't you a fan of psychiatrists? have you ever seen one?
I think I explained this in another thread somewhere. Psychiatrists IMO are not real scientists. Most of the time they do nothing more then educated guesses. They think they know so much about the human brain, but they don't. No one does. We've just started to understand how a few pounds of flesh make a consciousness. Psychiatrists don't know for sure if a drug will work on a patient. They are just making assumptions from observed and self reported symptoms. What's more inaccurate than a witness and how do they know what they're being told is accurate or truthful. Yes, they can be helpful sometimes, but I think there's a lot of them out there that are nothing more than highly educated drug dealers.
