What sort of toll?

by involving our nation more deeply in the decision process of the direction of the nation, they will trust the government more. they will internalize the struggles that our government faces, and see teh reasons why. misunderstanding is leading to a lack of trust in our world. it's not good for us. we need to take back the government, and use the pwoer of the internet to make it more transparent and INCLUDE the masses in the deceision process and fill them in on everything.
I heard some analyzers speaking about this the other day. They were commenting that the ideal congress would function much like Facebook - a congressman "posts" a bill and it need so many "likes" to pass. Of course, the Facebook image is just an example. A true system would use actual documentation for the login but it would be great if the citizens themselves could vote online for each and every bill. Not very practical for a society who doesn't care for politics, but, hey, let's educate them.
Luna does sounds like those mad scientists who want to conquer the world haha but that's good to a certain degree
Familarity. Marketing breeds familiarity. That's the only "skill" necessary in success, if by that you mean making a lot of money, and marketing does require a lot of money, but you can make obscene sums if you're good at it. I've seen profit margins in the four figure range for stuff you wouldn't believe. One of my favourites comes from the music industry. Compact discs in the late 1990s cost about 2 cents and after you added transportation and a very hefty profit margin a shitty package they sold for upward of 2000 cents.
