 I rarely experience happiness. I don't care about having power over that.

You just don't get it. This is the way I've always lived my life and this is the way I like living it. It just feels natural to me.

 What goal do you have for them?  Don't you think you would get a greater thrill by driving them to do something, bad or good?  That would give you even more power...

 Abuse of periods should be a symptom of psychiatric instability. But you seem like a nice guy,  I hope you're not like Jay or Gia.

My superpower would be control over time. Why? Because there's absolutely no situation it wouldn't make better/cooler.

 Happiness is overrated and is never a constant state. A worthless endeavor to strive for.

 I have a strong desire for power and control. I like controlling others, but only for my own pleasure - sex and torture. Killing them is the ultimate goal because that's where the real feeling of power is.

It's like playing God. Being God.
