I think I grasp your identification of the personality.

I don't deal with properties though, but with artistic ideas that other people purport to, and collaborate with.

I gather a team, discard the unnecessary members and create with what I consider to be the most plausible arrangement of personalities.

And I have my share of "dispatched" bullies.
