 No, but it looks like a latex jester's outfit to me...

 I ran it thru Tineye.  Here is a bigger version of it.  It reminds me of a nightmare I had as a kid.

 It's kind of hot. In a very impractical sort of way. :P

The gasmask seems out pf place, but otherwise a great Halloween costume. :D

I remember the last time I got dressed up for Halloween, in college. My two best friends (2 guys) and I wanted to take advantage of a free cover for those who bothered to dress up, but we didn't have any costumes, so we had to improvise at the last minute. I just wore some normal clothes (Leather jacket and black jeans) and wrapped a belt around my neck, and draped them up in black curtains. When asked at the door who I was supposed to be, I said something to the effect of, "I am Mistress Malvolent Millicent and these are my minions... muahahaaa!!!

It was a great excuse to go out all publically decked out in low key sm gear :D

 Mind you, I could never wear latex like that for an entire night, let alone somewhere where I might want to dance (sweat) and drink (pee). What a hassle!

And have you any idea how uncomfortable latex actually is? :P
