 Thanks to all who've replied. I haven't time to reply in length. I can just tell you this is not an attempt to frame someone else. And also like someone wrote, how can it be proven it's gaslighting? And gaslighting isn't even illegal. Some of the physical stuff in this case is though, even if it's hard to prove. What I want is to help this person to make it end. I don't care what methods are used as long as it ends. Best way is to end the "war" without fighting but the "enemy" seems immune to most or all psychological stuff and isn't easily scared. If there is no way to deter him from what he's doing, I'm pretty sure it will end in the worst possible way. As ye sow so shall ye reap... So any solid advice is needed quickly. How to take this MF down?

  defeat your enemy by making him your friend. war is bloody and if i were the gaslighter and i knew you were starting a war... i'd go violent and agressive early. if you allied yourself with me, i'd see you as much less of a threat and probably abandon you for other targets.
