Yes, it makes sense I guess. This way life needs less food and has better chances of surviving.

I'm a big exception though. I often feel I have so much energy in me, I don't know what the fuck to do with it. I just need to spend it somehow, even if it means to waste it by all of nature's standards.

I'm being theoretical, but my point is that most people are lazy and not very ambitious. And I believe our consciousness can be explained by chemical reactions, so I suppose we disagree on that.

@Edvard - Yeah, you're obviously the exception to the rule. ;) But still, you choose the shortest way to work, no? (So to speak)

 Look, sir, our reality is what we make it. I choose to live in a world where people show extrordinary ability under positive encouragement. Humans want to be happy. If you can give them a reason to live that gives their lives value, they will always go for it. People want better lives. It's good for everyone.

 Not everyone in the world can have better lives, especially with the current situation. Some people need to do the nitty gritty stuff, or the world stops moving. And those people hate it, but do it to survive. 

I like the way things work as they are tbh. If you want to win, and you're smart enough to see a way to the top, usually with the willingness to lie, cheat and steal, you'll get what you want. - This is nature. 

 I guess this is what they mean when they talk about the new generation surpassing the old one. I genuinely hope you will never get arrogant. It would be such a waste.

And I actually admire Luna, she's got a great head on her shoulders, and is clearly an achiever. I have no doubt she'll achieve wonders in her life, providing she keeps up her current attitude. But my arrogance you speak of is actually my lack of ignorance, but I'm guessing you already know that.

Exactly, a lot of people are not conscious, they don't think of themselves, they do what others want them to do. Look at the people in the street and over the internet, they are stupid: they can't reason properly, they can't have a critical approaches to the world, they don't really know what they know or don't know, they lack of observation. I hate these people.

Thanks for not taking offense and being honest. I appreciate it. I suppose you're the second person to impress me here after Edvard's reply on the old forum in the kickboxing/MMA topic. Doesn't mean much to most people here but it means a lot to me. I wasn't implying you're arrogant and trust me I'm not nearly as cunning or intelligent as I try to be. It was nice reading your reply.
