You win the lotto and are so excited about it that you run into traffic and get hit by a semi. You aren't killed but instead become a deaf, and blind quadrapeligic. Though you spend large amounts of your money to try to recover doctors are unable to fix you. You end up broke from medical treatments and jobless because you really can't work in that condition. Your condition embittered you to the world and you have driven off all your family and friends. The only thing the doctors were able to do for you was fix you up so that you'd live in your condition for a long time. You die at the age of 85, broke and alone.

I wish I could actually finish projects I start

You finish them, but they are very low quality and suck. You get fired, you get the reputation of being extremely stupid and a loser incapable of doing anything right. You become very poor, and women avoid you like a plague, because your attempts to seduce anyone (which could be called "projects" I guess) are pathetic and fail. You decide to kill yourself, and since that's a project too in a way, it gets done and, well, you're dead.
