I notice that you and Good do share a sort of ethos of being against empathy as something simply ridiculous. So Good can make a statement about how war is normal/fine because humanity is an aggressive robber, but can't see the logic of being opposed to the participation of it as it becomes a lost cause to gain from something so destructive, socially and materially. Psychologically it's something dirty and not ideal. Also you cannot convince people you argue against and argue in favor for policies against them, that it's their incentive to fight for you, that makes no sense. I wouldn't fight for people that hate me and want me dead, suffering, silent, etc.

No. Good is by far less tolerant than I am. He is callous on the surface and in his core, he does have soft spots but I do think he has a low emotional intelligence and runs more on logic. To him war is fine art, something about it turns him on. From the time I saw this thread I knew Good will surface. His opinion about war isn't wrong. He's also a coder which I think shortens one's fuse so violence to him I'm guessing is stress relief.

Not comparing myself to him or anything but in response to your claim, I'm incredibly empathic. Being empathic doesn't mean expressing sympathy, or softening up to someone's shortcomings or understanding it in ways that override my own values, it means I can feel on a deep emotional level intelligently and can know intuitively how people are with less experience. It isn't instant but it's pretty damn fast. I would do it as a reaction. In here you're the attacker and always the aggressor. Miserable everyday, that's the way with you. United States was not founded as a explicitly Christian nation in the legal or constitutional sense, though Christianity profoundly shaped the cultural and moral worldview of its founders and early population.

Christianity teaches not to judge and be accepting/tolerant of others, though limitations are to be discerned by the individual. With that there's no forcing others to be a certain way with the exception of being a menace, thus freedom to express oneself is implemented into the US, constitution. The laws and values are taught and inspired by the Church. Not the mosque, not some temple, the Church. 

America's motto is.. "In God we Trust" which originated from passages in the old testament found in the Holy Bible was implemented in the 1800's during a time of civil war. 

While this motto is still inscribed on the US currency I do think it's meaning is skewed, in the sense that the US has become a power struggle between opposing forces.  For a while the ruling class in the US were Satanic. Now the power struggle in the US are more along Christ's favor, who is the first and only God considered by the founding Fathers.
