I'll make a series of these, maybe animate them to fade into each other, in hopes he keeps it.
that is fucking DOPE
Turncoat said:Is he too weak to take a roasting from you? You don't think he'd recover from it if you were a part of it?
I have little to roast Inquirer about. I can't fake-roast. When I roast, I mean it.
So you haven't been paying attention then? You've known the guy for years.
I think you don't want to risk him thinking you're an enemy, which means you think he's too weak to take a friendly roast.
From my experiences Ed, he can more than take it.
I meant I don't do the friendly-detached banter thing. It does not come naturally to me. When I give shit to someone, it's meant to hit hard and give me some pleasure from it. I take the most satisfaction when I feel the person deserves it, and here it's not the case.

So in other words you are a failure at roasting, and instead prefer legitimate attacking?
I always saw roasting as a way to confirm that you not only know the person well enough, but also as a way to confirm that you think they're strong enough to take it.
Have you ever watched roasts of people on TV? It's friendly, not malicious, and I wouldn't even call my approach here detached so much as just plain fun.

I don't need to confirm anything. I'm not insecure about knowing or reading other people, and I don't feel I get anything from roasting someone except affecting him/her.

I'm not cut out for saying malicious things without the sentiments behind them. My words and feelings tend to align with each other. It's an effort for me to separate what I mean about someone and how I feel about it. But I know some people can do it, although not as many as they claim they do. Most just want an excuse to be malicious and fake it as "friendly-banter" out of cowardice and fear of consequences. Those are the passive-aggressive ones, and they get under my skin very fast.
Just chiming in to say that it's been long established that Edvard lacks the social awareness to differentiate between banter, and malice. It's a sign of emotional immaturity and it's a painfully common trait.
He did seem to completely miss how your trolling Luna was funny.

Why not?
Seriously, you ought to watch some on TV of movie stars (like William Shatner's for instance). It's sporting, strong, and funny, while a fear of saying these things to people strikes me as weakness.

It'd be good practice, but I suppose it's good to know your own limitations too.

At least they're communicating it at all.
I'd say the "say why you love everyone here" topics are more cancerous than roasting, and actually serves to potentially do more damage from people who are fake-nice than the topics that are an excuse to shoot the shit in ways that show you're close to them and pay attention.

Passive Aggressive people seem to trigger people who are bad at it the most, typically with them justifying that they are stronger people for only knowing how to be direct. Those with poor imaginations and/or a lack of understanding of sarcasm fall prey to it the most.
People who understand the game meanwhile tend to just see it as a form of communication.

Are you trying to bullshit us that you had no malicious joy in it? LMAO
You were so obsessed with Luna and getting to her. You trying to wave it off as "entertainment" while you were a wreck for 3 months spamming the forum in the hopes of making Luna crack, is truly rich.

It was funny outside of my bias as well, and I'm not alone in thinking that.

This is about Xadem. I know you really want me to suck your dick or whatever but please try to stay on topic.
